结合某工程实例,介绍了无轴式编织网格摩天轮预应力拉索的关键施工技术,详细介绍了预应力拉索安装过程中采用油压传感器测试技术对预应力拉索进行的施工过程监测及变形监测。结果表明:结合施工仿真计算结果,对钢结构变形监测可以保证预应力施工安全、有效。采用通用有限元分析软件MIDAS/Gen 800,按照图纸建立结构的整体模型,结构自重由程序自动计算,采用施加初拉力的方法来达到施加预应力的目的,按照实际的施工顺序对整个施工过程进行仿真模拟,以使调整鱼腹桁架在安装前、后基本保持水平。
