港口作为沿海城市对外开放的门户和重要战略设施,是区域和城市发展的优势资源,是实现可持续发展的有利基础条件,但是港口的发展离不开经济腹地的支撑,腹地是港口的货物、市场依托,是决定港口发展的要素之一,因此,拓展港口经济腹地,既是促进港口建设、实现秦皇岛更好更快发展的重要举措,也是助推沿海经济社会强省建设的必然要求。
As a gateway and an important strategic facility for opening up to the coastal cities, a port is a favorable resource for regional and urban development and a favorable foundation for sustainable development. However, the development of a port can not be separated from the hinterland of the hinterland. The hinterland is the port cargo. Relying on the market is one of the key factors that determine the development of the port. Therefore, expanding the hinterland of the port economy is not only an important measure to promote port construction and achieve better and faster development of Qinhuangdao, but also a necessary requirement to boost the building of a strong economic and social province along the coast.
