目的:建立测定通窍益心丸中三七皂苷R1含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:采用DIKMA Diamonsil C18色谱柱,流动相为A-乙腈,B-水,梯度洗脱(0min:20%A→15min:40%A→20min:20%A);流速为1.3mL·min-1,检测波长为203nm。结果:三七皂苷R1在8.84～265.20mg·L-1范围内呈现良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,三七皂苷R1平均回收率为99.54%,RSD为1.1%。结论:本法简便准确,专属性强,可用于控制该制剂质量。 Objective: To establish HPLC method for determination of Notoginsenoside R1 in Tongfu Yixin Pills. METHODS: A DIKMA Diamonsil C18 column was used. The mobile phase was A-acetonitrile and B-water. Gradient elution (0 min: 20% A→15 min: 40% A→20 min: 20% A); flow rate was 1.3 mL·min- 1, detection wavelength is 203nm. Results: Notoginsenoside R1 showed a good linear relationship in the range of 8.84-265.20 mg·L-1, r=0.9999. The average recovery of notoginsenoside R1 was 99.54% and the RSD was 1.1%. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate, and highly specific. It can be used to control the quality of the preparation.
