本文简要分析了近五年来厦门利用外资的主要特点,着重剖析了在引资规模与增长速度、引资结构与质量等方面存在的问题,在市场、成本、产业配套等集聚外资的深层次要素上存在的不足,并针对这些问题提出了新阶段提升厦门利用外资水平的对策建议。
This article briefly analyzes the main features of Xiamen’s utilization of foreign capital in the recent five years, and emphatically analyzes the existing problems in the scale and growth rate of foreign investment, the structure and quality of foreign investment, and the existence of deep-seated elements such as market, cost and industrial support In view of these problems, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the level of foreign capital utilization in Xiamen in the new stage.
