从德育教育教学管理谈少数民族学生的自我塑造

通过对少数民族学生的自我塑造教育进行研究,发现要使少数民族学生做到自立、自强、自信、自我塑造,必须做到以下几个方面:①帮助学生树立可能达到的人生目标,包括(1)德育工作善始善终;(2)提供现实的人生导向;(3)树立正确的生活志向;(4)帮助寻找自我塑造的心中偶像。②帮助学生走向自主发展,自我管理的道路。③帮助学生增强自主、自信、自立、自强意识。④全体教职员工做学生自我塑造的典范。通过以上措施,提高学生的自我塑造教育,使学生成为社会需要的全面发展的人才。 Through the research on self-shaping education of ethnic minority students, we found that in order to make minority students self-reliance, self-improvement, self-confidence and self-cultivation, we must do the following: ① Help students to set achievable goals in life, including (2) to provide a realistic life-oriented; (3) to establish a correct life ambition; (4) to help find the self-shaped heart idol. ② help students to self-development, self-management of the road. ③ help students to enhance their self-confidence, self-reliance, self-reliance consciousness. ④ all faculty members to create a model of self-cultivation. Through the above measures, we can enhance students’ self-shaping education and make students become all-round development talents needed by society.
