针对煤矿生产安全的需求,设计了一种基于气缸式发电的瓦斯监测与照明两用系统,该系统以压缩空气作为动力源,采用气缸作为执行元件,带动发电机工作,其输出端三相交流电压经整流滤波后直接提供给防爆灯实现照明功能;同时输出电压通过稳压模块稳压后提供给单片机系统和瓦斯传感器,实现瓦斯超标时防爆灯闪烁和蜂鸣器报警功能。本系统基于气缸式发电,经济安全、气体利用率高、噪音小、方便安装,适合在煤矿推广使用。 According to the demand of coal mine safety, a gas monitoring and lighting dual-purpose system based on cylinder-type power generation is designed. The system uses compressed air as power source and cylinder as the actuator to drive the generator. The output of three-phase AC The voltage is directly supplied to the explosion-proof lamp through the rectifier and filter to realize the lighting function. At the same time, the output voltage is supplied to the SCM system and the gas sensor through the regulated voltage regulator module to realize the explosion-proof lamp flashing and the buzzer alarm function when the gas exceeds the standard. The system is based on the cylinder power generation, economic security, gas utilization, low noise, easy installation, suitable for promotion and use in coal mines.
