目的观察术后早期肠道摄入精氨酸对胃癌根治术患者免疫功能的作用。方法以40例胃癌根治术患者为研究对象。患者术后随机分为四组。两组术后早期经PS管每天输注精氨酸液,剂量分别为15g/d和30g/d,共7天。同时检测 T 淋巴细胞亚群、自然杀伤细胞活性、免疫球蛋白、补体 C3和迟发皮肤超敏反应。结果不同剂量的精氨酸对胃癌患者术后均有一定的免疫促进作用,而精氨酸30g/d 组可能达到更好的免疫反应状态。结论术后早期经肠道给予精氨酸对胃癌患者术后免疫功能有增强作用。
Objective To observe the effect of early postoperative intestinal arginine intake on the immune function of patients undergoing radical gastrectomy. Methods 40 patients with radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer were studied. Patients were randomly divided into four groups after surgery. Both groups received an infusion of arginine solution daily at a dose of 15 g/d and 30 g/d for 7 days in the early postoperative period. At the same time, T lymphocyte subsets, natural killer cell activity, immunoglobulin, complement C3, and delayed skin hypersensitivity were measured. RESULTS: Different doses of arginine all had certain immunopromotive effects on postoperative gastric cancer patients, while arginine 30 g/d group might achieve better immune response. Conclusions The administration of arginine through the intestine at early postoperative period has an enhanced effect on postoperative immunologic function in gastric cancer patients.
