喷吸钻是一种较先进的高效刀具,比一般麻花钻、扁钻效率高2~4倍,且加工精度高、光洁度好、孔的直线性好。但是,一般结构的喷吸钻,刀杆内外管结构复杂、装卸不方便;内管选料及“月牙槽”的加工都较困难;由于钻头本身结构的限制,内管孔径不可能很大。因此,排屑不利,对断屑的要求特别严格,断屑台稍有损坏就有切屑卡死的危险。为了克服上述缺点,我们经反复试验,不断完善,成功地将喷吸钻的内外管结构,改为单管结构,
