患者,男,52岁。双眼视力下降二个半月。患者于1984年患副睾结核,服用乙胺丁醇500毫克一日两次,用药二个半月后视力急剧下降,停药并经治疗后视力无明显好转。眼部检查:双眼视力均为0.05,眼前节无异常。眼底检查:视盘色略红,境界稍不清,血管无异常,黄斑部有细小陈旧病灶,网膜上未见出血或渗出,Topcon弧形视野计检查视野呈向心性缩
Patient, male, 52 years old. Binocular vision decreased by two and a half months. Patients suffering from epididymal tuberculosis in 1984, taking ethambutol 500 mg twice a day, two and a half months after the medication sharp decline in vision, withdrawal and after treatment, no significant improvement in visual acuity. Eye examination: binocular visual acuity was 0.05, anterior segment without exception. Fundus examination: disc color slightly red, the state slightly unclear, no abnormal blood vessels, the macular small old lesions, no omentum bleeding or oozing, Topcon arc visual field inspection showed concentric contraction
