利用不同的激光扫描速度对MoCr铸铁表面进行激光淬火处理,探讨了激光扫描速度对激光淬火层深度的影响,并对激光相变硬化层的组织、硬度及磨损性能进行了研究。结果表明,经激光淬火后,MoCr铸铁组织转变为细小的针状马氏体组织,表面硬度提高了2.6倍以上,耐磨性得到显著提高。激光扫描速度对淬火层有较大影响,随着激光扫描速度的提高,激光淬火层深度降低,而硬度、耐磨性逐渐提高。
The effects of laser scanning speed on the depth of laser quenched layer were investigated by laser quenching on the surface of MoCr cast iron with different laser scanning speed. The microstructure, hardness and wear properties of the laser phase hardened layer were also studied. The results show that after the laser quenching, the MoCr cast iron microstructure changes into small acicular martensite structure, the surface hardness increased by 2.6 times, and the wear resistance has been significantly improved. Laser scanning speed has a greater impact on the quenched layer, with the laser scanning speed increases, the depth of the laser quenched layer decreases, while the hardness and wear resistance gradually increased.
