本文介绍了杉木球果烘干机的结构、工作原理,并以生产试验的实例说明该机的工作特点。 该机是樟子松球果烘干机推广应用的改进产品。除在热风发生炉,控温装置,烘干塔等方面改进外,还根据我国南方气候潮湿球果含水率高的特点,增设了废热利用装置——球果预干室。通过该室对新鲜的杉木球果进行预干,不仅降低了球果的含水率,保证了种子的原有品质,还可提高热风的利用率,节省能源,降低生产成本。
This paper introduces the structure and working principle of fir coniferous dryer, and illustrates the working characteristics of the fir by the example of production test. This machine is an improved product for promotion and application of Scotch Pine Cone dryer. In addition to the hot air furnace, temperature control device, drying tower and other aspects of improvement, but also according to China’s southern humid climate conch moisture characteristics, additional waste heat utilization device - cones pre-drying room. Pre-drying fresh cedar cones through the chamber not only reduces the moisture content of the cones, ensures the original quality of the seeds, but also improves the utilization of the hot air, saves energy and reduces the production cost.
