1995年6月26日至1995年7月7日联合国国际海事组织(IMO)在伦敦召开了通过“1995国际渔民培训、发证及值班标准公约”(以下简称“渔民公约”)的外交大会。共有74个国家、地区和国际组织参加。会议最后有68个国家、地区和国际组织签字通过了公约的最终文本。“渔民公约”将于1996年1月1日至1996年9月30日开放,供各国签字,9月30日后开放,供各国批准加入。
June 26, 1995 to July 7, 1995 The United Nations International Maritime Organization (IMO) convened a diplomatic conference in London to ratify the 1995 International Standard for Training, Certification and Watchkeeping of Fishers (hereinafter referred to as the “Fishermen Convention”). A total of 74 countries, regions and international organizations participated. At the end of the conference, 68 countries, regions and international organizations signed and adopted the final text of the convention. The “Fishermen’s Convention” will be open from January 1, 1996 to September 30, 1996 for signature by all countries and will be opened after September 30 for ratification by all nations.
