所谓经济法,就是为了国家发展经济而制定的法律,它严格地规范了社会公共性的经济活动。作为一个重要的法律,经济法的发展也要紧跟时代的脚步,与时俱进,为了使经济法更有权威性,那么,它就必须进行改革调整,只有这样才能更好地发展经济,提升我国在国际舞台上的地位。以下我将讲解我国经济法改革的原因、改革对象及改革的方法特征,希望我的愚见能够对今后我国经济法的改革调整提供一点借鉴,对我国经济的发展有所帮助。
The so-called economic law is the law enacted for the development of the economy of the country and it strictly regulates the economic activities of social publicity. As an important law, the development of economic law should closely follow the pace of the times and keep pace with the times. In order to make the economic law more authoritative, it must carry out reforms and adjustments.
