采用低强度He -Ne激光血管内照射 (ILLLI)治疗 82例脑梗塞患者 ,发现其对神经功能缺损程度为轻型及中型者有明显康复效果 (P <0 0 0 1) ,而对重型者效果不明显 (P >0 0 5) ;同时观察了 50例脑梗塞患者治疗前后血液流变学及血流动力学指标 ,发现ILLLI可降低全血粘度、血浆粘度、相对粘度、红细胞压积 (P <0 0 5) ,提高椎动脉血流量及颈内动脉血流峰速 (P <0 0 0 1) .结果提示ILLLI治疗为脑梗塞的防治开辟了一条新的途径 .
82 cases of cerebral infarction were treated with low-intensity He-Ne laser intravascular irradiation (ILLLI) and found that they had significant rehabilitation effect on patients with mild and moderate neurological deficits (P <0.01), while those with heavy effects (P> 0.05). At the same time, the hemorheology and hemodynamics indexes of 50 patients with cerebral infarction before and after treatment were observed. ILLLI could reduce whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, relative viscosity and hematocrit (P <0 0 5), increased vertebral artery blood flow and peak carotid artery flow velocity (P <0.01) .The results suggest that ILLLI treatment for the prevention and treatment of cerebral infarction opened up a new way.
