中耳自发性出血实属罕见,有关此病的报道极少,我科收治了一例,现摘录报告如下: 患者男性,42岁,农民,于1985年3月2日晚,因室内烟较多连打数个喷嚏后,突觉眩晕,左耳胀痛及堵塞感,同时左耳道流血,呈鲜红色,出血量较多。当时用棉球堵塞后未经特殊处理来我院,否认有耳及头部外伤史。检查:血压14.3/9.3kPa,左耳廓正常,清除耳道积血后,耳道壁无特殊改变,亦无伤痕,鼓膜呈蓝色,松弛部上方见有出血点,并有鲜血外溢。鼻咽部粘膜光滑,左咽鼓管口周围可见凝血块,咽 Spontaneous middle ear bleeding is rare, few reports on the disease, our department admitted a case, the following excerpts are reported as follows: Male patient, 42 years old, farmer, on the evening of March 2, 1985 due to more indoor smoke Even after several sneezes, sudden dizziness, left ear pain and blockage, while the left ear canal bleeding, was bright red, bleeding more.
