目的探讨原发性膀胱癌肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞（ＴＩＬ）的体外抗肿瘤作用。方法采用ＬＤＨ释放法。结果该ＴＩＬ对自体肿瘤靶细胞的最高杀伤活性第３０天时为７２．４％，且呈现一定的靶细胞特异性。结论膀胱癌ＴＩＬ在体外经ＩＬ－２培养后对自体肿瘤细胞具有明显的杀伤活性，并显示一定的靶细胞特异性
Objective To investigate the anti-tumor effect of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL) in primary bladder cancer in vitro. Methods LDH release method. Results The highest killing activity of TIL on autologous tumor target cells was 72.4% on the 30th day and showed certain target cell specificity. Conclusion The TIL of bladder cancer has obvious cytotoxicity to autologous tumor cells after cultured in vitro by IL-2 and shows certain target cell specificity
