全程给水控制系统在柳林电厂2×600 MW机组投运可以有效地提高大机组效率,降低辅机的损耗。系统阐述了全程给水控制系统结构以及运行特点,对该系统在给水泵启动控制、给水阀切换、给水泵最小流量控制和汽包水位控制等关键问题进行了详细的分析,结合试运行深入地研究了该系统的调试及投运方法,摸索了一套适合柳林电厂机组运行特点的主控参数,对同类型电厂全程给水控制系统的投运具有重要的参考价值。
Full water supply control system in Liulin Power Plant 2 × 600 MW units put into operation can effectively improve the efficiency of large units and reduce the loss of auxiliary machinery. The structure and operation characteristics of the whole water supply control system are expatiated. The key problems such as start-up control of feed water pump, switching of water supply valve, minimum flow control of feed water pump and control of drum water level are analyzed in detail. Combining with trial operation, The system debugging and commissioning methods, groping for a set of main control parameters for the operation characteristics of Liulin power plant unit, with the entire plant of the same type of water supply control system has an important reference value.
