珠三角监所检察工作的现状存在诸多不足之处,所以在现实情况及发展趋势上都要求推进珠三角监所检察一体,其具体实现形式包括纵向的上、下级一体化形式和内部一体化形式。同时,为实现上述目标,本文提出了以下建议:建立职务犯罪预防和侦查一体化模式;建立监所检察部门的一体化独立调查机制;监所检察部门信息一体化建设;加强珠三角监所检察人员梯队建设等。
There are many deficiencies in the status quo of the prosecutorial work in the PRD prison. Therefore, both the reality and the trend of development require procuratorial work in the PRD. The specific forms of implementation include the vertical integration at the upper and lower levels and the internal integration . At the same time, in order to achieve the above objectives, this article puts forward the following suggestions: Establishing an integrated model of prevention and detection of job-related crimes; Establishing an independent and integrated investigation mechanism for procuratorial departments in prison; Establishing information integration of procuratorial departments in prison; Strengthening procuratorial work in PRD Echelon construction and other personnel.
