Background Adolescence is an important transitional period in your life, during which individuals’ high-risk behaviors can permanently affect their health. Studies have shown that young people have the lowest feedback rate in the health status survey and the lowest satisfaction with the health services they receive. As for what factors led to reduced satisfaction is unclear. This research will focus on young people exploring the needs and experiences of health care services in search of low satisfaction. Methods Twenty young people were interviewed at the GP clinic and a regional counseling agency to understand their experiences with primary care services and their utilization. Adopting the topic analysis method to analyze the talks. As a result, young people participating in the talks differed in their access to primary care. Many participants in the meeting acknowledged the service experience; others found it difficult to consult with the primary health-care system on treatment, with difficulties in trust and communication. Most participants did not know that patient surveys provided intelligence on health care planning and implementation, and poor participation was mainly due to lengthy surveys and lack of interest in the topics discussed. Conclusion In order to meet the health needs of young people, they should be informed of their rights and how best to use health care services. General practitioners should pay attention to young people’s health care needs. There is also a need for a more flexible approach to collecting higher quality data from this population and identifying the necessary changes to make it easier for young people to access basic health services to provide information support for health services.
