目的研究鲨鱼软骨粉(SCP)对S180荷瘤小鼠免疫细胞功能的影响。方法鲨鱼软骨粉300、200、100mg·kg-1小鼠灌胃给药10 d。MTT法检测其对S180荷瘤小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖功能的影响;流式细胞仪检测T淋巴细胞亚群的变化;ELISA法测定荷瘤小鼠血清中细胞因子TNF-α、IFN-γ含量。结果 SCP能提高小鼠脾淋巴细胞的增殖活性;不同程度地提高小鼠脾细胞CD4+细胞数,增加CD4+/CD8+细胞比值;明显提高小鼠巨噬细胞的吞噬活性;促进外周血清中TNF-α和IFN-γ的分泌水平。结论 SCP能提高T细胞介导的细胞免疫应答,提高巨噬细胞调节免疫应答的功能,促进TNF-α、IFN-γ等细胞因子的分泌,从而发挥其抗肿瘤作用。
Objective To study the effect of shark cartilage powder (SCP) on the immune function of S180 tumor-bearing mice. Methods Shark cartilage powder 300,200,100mg · kg-1 mice were intragastrically administered for 10 days. The effects of T lymphocyte subsets on S180 tumor-bearing mice were detected by MTT assay. The changes of T lymphocyte subsets were detected by flow cytometry. The levels of cytokines TNF-α and IFN-γ . Results SCP could increase the proliferation activity of splenic lymphocytes in mice, increase the number of CD4 + cells and increase the ratio of CD4 + / CD8 + cells in mice spleen cells to different extents, significantly increase the phagocytic activity of mouse macrophages and promote the expression of TNF-α And IFN-γ secretion levels. Conclusion SCP can enhance the T cell-mediated cellular immune response and enhance the function of macrophages in regulating immune response, and promote the secretion of TNF-α, IFN-γ and other cytokines, thereby exerting its anti-tumor effect.
