中国汽车工业国际合作总公司(以下简称中汽国际)成立于2005年12月,由中国机电广告公司、中汽对外经济技术合作公司等六家企业重组而成,是中国机械工业集团有限公司(以下简称国机集团)的全资子公司。公司在成立之初,就制定了《中汽国际“一五”发展战略规划》,确立了“工程成套、国际贸易、实业投资、国际展览、文化传媒”五大业务板块齐头并进的业务格局。在发展过程中,公司遇到的首要问题就是资金短缺问题。那么,中汽国际是如何解决该问题的呢?
China National Automotive Industry Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “China Automotive International”) was established in December 2005 and was reorganized by six companies including China Mechanical and Electrical Advertising Corporation and China Aviation Foreign Economic and Technical Cooperation Corporation. China National Machinery Industry Corporation Hereinafter referred to as SINOMACH), a wholly owned subsidiary. At the beginning of its establishment, the company formulated the “Strategic Plan for the Development of CNAC International” and its “Fifth Five-Year Plan” and established the business of “five sets of engineering business, international trade, industrial investment, international exhibition and cultural media” going hand in hand pattern. In the development process, the first problem the company encountered was the shortage of funds. So how does CNCA International solve this problem?
