新课程强调“生本”的教学观,凸显学生在学习中的主体地位与权利,重视学生个性张扬与发展,注重对学生的生成教学。“学案制”教学法,充分考虑到学生的主观能动性,既努力打破传统的以教师为核心的“满堂灌”教学模式,又尽量克服“开放式”教学中遇到的种种困难。“学案”以高效实用为原则,讲求知识与能力并重,素质与应试兼顾。学生借助教师指导下的“学案”自主学习,在此基础上掌握基本知识,提高基本能力,达到历史教学的最佳化。
