基于“完全理性”的决策报价与实际决策报价存在不合理偏差。引入有限理性的思想,利用综合评价法来构建满意度模型和有限理性满意度,形成有限理性下的最优投标决策方案,并运用工程案例证明其意义。
Based on “completely rational ” decision-making and actual decision-making there is an unreasonable bias. By introducing the idea of bounded rationality, a comprehensive evaluation method is used to construct the satisfaction model and boundedness of rational rationality to form the optimal bidding decision scheme under bounded rationality, and the project case is used to prove its significance.
