目的采用HPLC法测定川西高原产藏药狭叶红景天中红景天苷的含量。方法采用Shim-pack CLC-ODS色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(14∶86),检测波长275 nm,柱温30℃,流速1.0 m L·min~(-1)。结果红景天苷0.05~5μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r2=0.9994),平均回收率为99.20%,RSD=1.92%;狭叶红景天中红景天苷的平均含量为0.409%。结论所用方法简便可行,结果准确可靠,重复性好,可为狭叶红景天的质量控制和开发利用提供依据。
OBJECTIVE To determine the content of salidroside in Rhodiola rosea L. collected from Tibetan Plateau in Western Sichuan by HPLC method. Methods The mobile phase was methanol-water (14:86) at a wavelength of 275 nm with a Shim-pack CLC-ODS column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) -1). Results The salidroside 0.05 ~ 5μg showed a good linear relationship with the peak area (r2 = 0.9994), with an average recovery of 99.20% and RSD = 1.92%. The average content of salidroside in S. angustifolia was 0.409%. Conclusion The method is simple and feasible, the results are accurate and reliable, good repeatability, which can provide the basis for quality control and development and utilization of Rhodiola.
