用界面裂纹接触区模型模拟界面缺陷 ,分析了碳纤维增强碳化硅复合材料界面裂纹尖端应力场的奇异性。由数值求解方法推导得出 ,减小界面缺陷尺寸或增加纤维与基体的弹性模量比 ,可以使该复合材料剪应力强度因子的水平值明显提高。实验结果证明了理论推导的正确性。
Interface defect model was used to simulate interface defects, and the singularity of the stress field at the interface crack tip of carbon fiber reinforced silicon carbide composites was analyzed. It is deduced from the numerical method that reducing the size of the interface defects or increasing the elastic modulus ratio of the fiber to the matrix can obviously increase the shear stress intensity factor of the composite. The experimental results prove the correctness of the theoretical derivation.
