黄河作为中国的母亲河,由于其特殊的地理位置以及重要性收到人们的广泛关注,黄河开发治理问题历来也是中国经济发展与社会发展的重要问题,是国家发展的重要影响因素。黄河流域面积较广,在黄河流域中,黄河宁夏段防洪工作是该流域的重点内容,黄河宁夏二期防洪工程2015年以及2016年建设项目(中卫河段)砼四脚体预制工程(分四个批次,共90多万方砼预制工程量)由我公司承担“第三方”检测业务。本文就此进行几点探讨。
