微流控芯片技术是在微机电系统(micro electro-mechanical system,MEMS)基础上发展起来的新型技术平台。随着该技术的日益发展,其微型化与集成化的特点决定了它在生物医学领域中的巨大应用潜力及广阔的发展前景。文章结合微流控芯片技术研究最近涌现出的新技术、新材料及其在血液分析中的最新研究进展,总结了微流控芯片技术研究的新特点、新材料与制作方法、检测技术及其在血液分析中的应用,最后对微流控芯片的发展前景进行了展望,以加快微流控芯片技术向分子、细胞以及全血分析等研究领域的渗透。
Microfluidic chip technology is a new technology platform developed on the basis of micro electro-mechanical system (MEMS). With the development of this technology, its miniaturization and integration have decided its great potential and broad prospects in the field of biomedicine. In this paper, the latest technology, new materials and their latest research progress in blood analysis are reviewed in this paper based on microfluidic chip technology. The new features, new materials and manufacturing methods, detection techniques and their applications in microfluidic chip technology are summarized Finally, the prospect of the development of microfluidic chip is prospected to accelerate the penetration of microfluidic chip technology into the research fields of molecular, cell and whole blood analysis.
