ＰＬＣ（可编程序控制器）水轮机调速器中控制调节的采样周期为其程序执行的扫描周期，存在不等性。仿真研究和实际投运表明，由此设计的ＰＬＣ调速器，仍可保证调节系统具有较好的动态品质。
PLC (programmable logic controller) Turbine Governor in the control of the sampling period for the implementation of its sampling cycle, there is the inequality. The simulation research and actual commissioning show that the PLC governor designed by this method can still ensure that the regulating system has better dynamic quality.
