生物产业作为21世纪的朝阳产业,其发展也受到越来越多的重视。目前,世界许多国家都不约而同地把生物产业作为新的经济增长点来培育,加速抢占生物经济的制高点。2009年5月,国务院通过了《促进生物产业加快发展的若干政策》,今年9月又将其列入战略性新兴产业的行业。据公开报道称,由国家发改委牵头制定的《生物产业发展“十二五”规划》目前已上报国务院并计划于2011年出台。目前,云南、湖南等地方已经出台了未来几年内生物产业发展规划。
As a sunrise industry in the 21st century, bio-industry is also receiving more and more attention. At present, many countries in the world are invariably cultivating the biological industry as a new economic growth point and accelerating the seizure of the bio-economy. In May 2009, the State Council adopted “a number of policies to promote the accelerated development of the bioindustry industry” and in September this year included it in the strategic emerging industries. According to public reports, “National Development and Reform Commission” led by the National Development and Reform Commission “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” has been submitted to the State Department and plans to introduce in 2011. At present, Yunnan, Hunan and other places have promulgated bio-industrial development plans in the next few years.
