本文首先分析了一体化管理体系的可行性及开展一体化管理体系的优越性;然后从不同的角度对一体化管理体系整合的方法进行分类,并分析了各种整合方法的适用情况和各自的优势和不足。目前比较普遍的是以质量管理体系为主线进行整合。
This article first analyzes the feasibility of an integrated management system and the superiority of carrying out an integrated management system. Then, the methods of integrating the integrated management systems are classified from different perspectives, and the application of various integration methods and their respective pros and cons. Currently more common is the quality management system as the main line of integration.
