本文基于C#语言编写的计算机软件和既得数据(历史经验数据和即时路况数据),基于格子气模型对数据进行分析处理,从而实现对道路上需要追踪的运动车辆轨迹进行研判,得出对其实施追捕或拦截的路线,指导应急条件下的警力指挥和调度。研究成果将为公安实战部门提供有力的决策支持,并可以应用到犯罪追捕、消防、医疗、各类应急抢险等各个应急行业中。在此成果的基础上加以改进后可应用到智能交通领域,建立数学模型,以指导城市道路规划和犯罪辑逃,解决当前日益突出的城市交通犯罪问题。
Based on computer software and acquired data (historical experience data and real-time traffic data) written in C # language, the paper analyzes and processes the data based on the lattice gas model, so that the trajectory of the moving vehicle that needs to be tracked on the road can be judged. Tracing or intercepting the route to guide the police under emergency command and dispatch. The research results will provide effective decision-making support to the actual departments of public security and may be applied to various emergency industries such as criminal pursuit, fire fighting, medical treatment and all kinds of emergency rescue. On the basis of this result, it can be applied to the field of intelligent transportation and set up mathematical models to guide urban road planning and crime escape, and solve the increasingly prominent problem of urban traffic crime.
