1998年,文山州科委通过贯彻实施《云南省地县科委专利工作职责》、《云南省民办科技企业条例》,把专利工作与民营科技工作充分结合,使全州的专利及民营科技工作有了新的起色: 一、专利申请量持续增长专利申请量的多少是衡量专利工作开展好坏的一个重要方面,文山州专利申请量连续五年持续增长。1998年,文山州专利申请量为10件,其中,发明专利4件,实用新型专利3件,外观设计专利3件。
