考察了高山红景天致密愈伤组织颗粒(CCA)在5L气升式反应器中进行悬浮培养的动力学特性,得到了生物量13.23g/L,红景天甙含量0.354%;培养液几乎保持纯清,粘度变化很小,反应器内没有出现“发泡”现象。培养系统的传质特性较好,在整个培养过程中,体积氧传递系数kLa先呈增大趋势,后又降低。实验证明系统固含率的大幅度增加是影响kLa变化的主要因素
The kinetic characteristics of suspension culture of Rhodiola sachalinensis Granule (CCA) in a 5 L airlift reactor were investigated. The biomass of 13.23 g / L and the salidroside content of 0.354% were obtained. The culture broth almost remained pure, the change in viscosity was very small, and no “foaming” occurred in the reactor. The mass transfer characteristics of the culture system were better. During the whole culturing process, the volumetric oxygen transfer coefficient kLa increased first and then decreased. Experiments show that a substantial increase in the solid content of the system is the main factor kLa changes
