近年来,随着中国经济的不断发展,人才的需求量也在逐年地加大,高职院校的开设给社会输送大量的高级技术型人才。因此,高职院校的教育模式不但要有知识的全方位渗透,还要有实践能力的提升,因为知识的学习是为了在实际生产中开展应用。本文主要就教学质量评价体系的构建依据、构建思路,企业和学校开展校企合作活动进程中出现的问题和困难,以及企业参与学校教学活动和开展教学质量评价等进行分析。其目的是为了更好地提升校企合作办学的质量,给学生营造良好的学习环境,为社会输送高技能和高素质的人才。
In recent years, with the continuous development of China’s economy, the demand for qualified personnel has also been increasing year by year. The opening of higher vocational colleges has sent a large number of high-level technical talents to the society. Therefore, the mode of education in higher vocational colleges not only requires the full penetration of knowledge, but also enhances the practical ability because the learning of knowledge is to be applied in actual production. This article mainly analyzes the basis of construction of teaching quality evaluation system, the construction of ideas, the problems and difficulties in the process of school-enterprise cooperation activities between enterprises and schools, the enterprises’ participation in school teaching activities and the evaluation of teaching quality. Its purpose is to better enhance the quality of school-enterprise cooperation in running schools, to create a good learning environment for students, transport high-skilled and highly qualified personnel for the community.
