从人类哲学、社会科学角度看,生产力的发展是终身学习的根本性成因,人的全面而自由发展是终身学习的主体性成因,人学会与自然和谐相处是终身学习最广泛的社会性成因;终身学习是一种个体发挥创造潜能、追求自身发展的自我塑造、自我实现的过程,是“一种生活方式,一种增长自己的声望、社会影响和适应能力的手段”。要改革传统的“适应性学习”为现代的“创新性学习”;要完善继续教育制度,建立终身教育体系。
From the angle of human philosophy and social science, the development of productivity is the fundamental cause of lifelong learning. The full and free development of people is the main cause of lifelong learning. The harmony between man and nature is the most extensive social cause of lifelong learning. Lifelong learning is a process in which an individual exerts its own potential to pursue self-development and self-actualizes. It is “a way of life, a means of increasing one’s own prestige, social influence and ability to adapt.” To reform the traditional “adaptive learning” for the modern “innovative learning”; to improve the continuing education system, the establishment of lifelong education system.
