目的:研究野菊的干燥头状花序中的化学成分。方法:用硅胶柱色谱法及Sephadex LH-20柱色谱法进行分离纯化,依据理化性质和光谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从野菊花的80%乙醇提取物中分离得到了7个黄酮化合物,分别被鉴定为:木犀草素(1)、木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2)、木犀草素-7-O-(6″-O-乙酰基)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3)、香叶木素(4)、香叶木素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5)、异泽兰黄素(6)和芹菜素(7)。结论:化合物3~6为首次从野菊花中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents in the dry flower heads of wild chrysanthemum. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results: Seven flavonoids were isolated from 80% ethanol extract of wild chrysanthemum and identified as luteolin (1), luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside Luteolin-7-O- (6 "-O-acetyl) -β-D-glucoside (3), geraniol (4), geraniol -7-O-β-D-glucoside 5), isoprenoid (6) and apigenin (7) .CONCLUSION: Compounds 3 ~ 6 were isolated from wild chrysanthemum for the first time.
