Maduramycin的α钠盐是具有多氧化碳骨架和一个2,6-二脱氧糖的聚醚离子载体抗生素,5ppm就能有效地抑制球虫.最近确定Maduramycin的糖苷配基碳骨架是由八个乙酸盐和七个丙酸盐单位衍生的.添加~(13)C标记的前体证明甲氧基碳是从甲硫氨酸衍生的.本实验在发酵培养基中加入〔1-~(13)C,~(18)O_2乙酸盐、〔1-~(13)C,~(18)O_2〕丙酸盐,研究Maduramycin中氧原子的生物来源.断定O-(1),O-(16),O-(18),O-(9)和O-(14)五个氧原子是由乙酸盐衍生的,而O-(3),O-(4)和O-(7)三个氧原子来源于丙酸盐.鉴于这些结果,提出了Maduramycin
The alpha sodium salt of Maduramycin is a polyether ionophore antibiotic with a carbon dioxide backbone and a 2,6-dideoxy sugar that inhibits coccidiosis effectively at 5 ppm. The recently identified Maduramycin aglycones have a carbon skeleton consisting of eight B Acid salt and seven propionate units.The addition of ~ (13) C-labeled precursor proves that the methoxy carbon is derived from methionine.In this experiment, [1- (13 (18) O_2 acetate, [1- (13) C, ~ (18) O_2] propionate was used to study the biological origin of oxygen atoms in Maduramycin. (3), O- (4), and O- (7) are derived from acetate with the five oxygen atoms O- (18), O- (9) and O- The three oxygen atoms are derived from propionate.In view of these results, Maduramycin was proposed
