用激光扫描共聚焦显微镜(ACAS570)和pH荧光探针SNARF-1/AM实时检测地塞米松处理巨噬细胞胞浆pH的动态变化。结果显示,加入地塞米松,巨噬细胞炮装发生快速、短期碱化,随后脑浆pH值缓慢降低。结果表明,胞浆酸化是细胞凋亡发展的必然过程,胞浆碱化则很可能与细胞凋亡的发生相关。
The changes of cytoplasmic pH in dexamethasone treated macrophages were detected by laser scanning confocal microscopy (ACAS570) and pH fluorescent probe SNARF-1 / AM in real time. The results showed that, adding dexamethasone, macrophages were rapidly, short-term alkalization, followed by a slow decrease in brain pH value. The results showed that cytoplasmic acidification is an inevitable process of the development of apoptosis, and cytoplasm alkalization is likely to be related to the occurrence of apoptosis.
