在设计两孔钻模时,通常是采用两钻套在一块钻模板上组装而成。当工件两孔中心距精度要求较高时,对钻模板两孔距精度和钻套精度要求也就比较高,且使用时孔距固定,不易修正,给制造和使用带来一定的困难。为了克服这些缺陷,我厂在实践中设计了一种新型钻模板(如附图)可以很方便地随时修正孔距误差,给对刀和使用带来极大方便,精度稳定可靠. 附图中1为内六角螺钉,2为钻模板,3为钻套,4、6、7为微调内六角螺钉,5为锁紧螺母。
When designing a two-hole drill, two drill housings are usually assembled on a drill template. When the accuracy of the center of two holes of the workpiece is high, the accuracy of the two holes and the accuracy of the drill sleeve are also relatively high, and when the workpiece is used, the hole pitch is fixed and difficult to correct, which brings some difficulties to manufacture and use. In order to overcome these defects, our factory designed a new type of drilling template (as the photo) in practice, which can easily correct the pitch error at any time, bring great convenience to the knife and the use, the accuracy is stable and reliable. 1 for the hexagon screw, 2 for the drilling template, 3 for the drill sleeve, 4,6,7 for the fine-tuning of hex screws, 5 for the lock nut.
