在长输管道工程施工过程中,机组其中一部分工作是负责对土石方施工分包商进行施工管理。为了确实保证施工质量,提高管理效率,积极顺应公司由施工生产型转向施工管理型发展的形势,机组在施工过程中,对分包管理工作采取积极认真的管理态度,及时总结施工经验教训,逐步完善施工工序及施工工法,安全、高效、保质保量的完成管理工作。为了更好的总结积累关于分包管理工作的经验,现将我们从施工过程中得到的经验进行总结分析:
