情绪是人对客观事物是否符合或满足自己的需要而产生的一种倾向性主观心理体验与相应的行为反应。需要是情绪产生的基础和源泉,教师只有保持愉快平静的心境,才能带来乐趣和幸福感,也才能使幼儿产生一种愉快的感情体验,提高积极性,并因此创造一种和谐融洽的师生关系。幼师只有用自己的言行品格去影响幼儿,才是为人师表。一、问题的提出在人们的心目中,幼儿园教师是最快乐、最幸福的,因为每天都可以与活泼可爱的孩子们一起唱歌、跳舞和游戏。
