目的 探讨沙美特罗对低氧高碳酸性大鼠膈肌疲劳的作用。方法 用低氧高二氧化碳混合气造成膈肌疲劳模型 ,观察沙美特罗 (1× 10 -9~ 1× 10 -6mol·L-1)对膈肌收缩力的影响。结果 沙美特罗 1× 10 -9~ 1× 10 -6mol·L-1均提高了力 频率关系曲线中 40~ 12 0Hz下的张力 ,而对膈肌的颤搐特性、维持张力、肌刺张力无影响。结论 沙美特罗对低氧高碳酸所致的大鼠膈肌的高频疲劳有一定的改善作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of salmeterol on diaphragm muscle fatigue in hypoxic and hypercapnic rats. Methods Diaphragmatic fatigue model was induced by low oxygen and high carbon dioxide gas mixture and the effect of salmeterol (1 × 10 -9 ~ 1 × 10 -6 mol·L -1) on diaphragmatic muscle contractility was observed. Results Salmeterol 1 × 10 -9 ~ 1 × 10 -6 mol·L-1 increased the tension in the force-frequency curve at 40 ~ 120Hz, while the diaphragmatic muscle twitching characteristics, maintaining tension, muscle tension no influences. Conclusion Salmeterol has a certain effect of improving the high frequency fatigue of rat diaphragm caused by hypoxia and hypercapnia.
