目的调查分析北京市怀柔区第一医院门诊二类精神药品的使用情况。方法收集调查怀柔区第一医院2006年门诊1～10月处方247213张,其中二类精神药品处方3534张,用限定日剂量(DDD)和药物利用指数(DUI)为指标,对处方分类统计,对其使用情况进行分析。结果二类精神药品处方3534张,占处方总数的1.43%。在二类精神药品处方中,男性1557人,占44.06%,女性1977人,占55.94%。两种精神药品合并使用的有92张,占2.6%。苯二氮卓类(BZD)使用十分普遍,占使用精神药物处方的90.46%。结论该院门诊二类精神药品应用情况基本合理。
Objective To investigate the use of psychotropic drugs in the outpatient department of No. 1 Hospital of Huairou District, Beijing. Methods A total of 247213 prescriptions were collected from January to October in the First Hospital of Huairou District in 2006. Among them, 3534 were prescriptions for the second-class psychotropic drugs. DDD and DUI were used as indexes to classify the prescriptions, Analyze their usage. Results The second-class psychotropic drugs prescription 3534, accounting for 1.43% of the total number of prescriptions. Among the prescriptions for psychotropic substances in category II, 1557 were male, accounting for 44.06% and 1977 were female, accounting for 55.94%. 92 psychoactive drugs combined, accounting for 2.6%. The use of benzodiazepines (BZDs) is widespread, accounting for 90.46% of prescriptions for psychotropic substances. Conclusion The application of the second-class psychoactive drugs in this hospital is basically reasonable.
