麦冬是一种补阴药,根据《日华子本草》记载麦冬有“安魂定魄,治时疾热狂”的作用。我们在麦冬煎的半数致死量(LD_50)实验时,发现其对小白鼠有镇静、少动的作用。为了进一步验证,我们做了麦冬煎及其粗提物的镇静、抗惊厥作用实验,现将其初步结果报告如下、一、实验材料所用的麦冬是从广州市药材公司购得,经初步鉴定认为是沿阶草属植物沿阶草的块根Radix Ophiognonis。按常规方法制成麦冬煎(1∶1),并用正丁醇、
Ophiopogon japonicus is a kind of yin medicine, according to the “Japan-Huazi Materia Medica” record Ophiopogon japonicus has “require a good soul, set the disease when the disease fever” role. When we took the LD50 test of Ophiopogon japonicus, we found that it had a calming and less active effect on mice. In order to further verify, we performed experiments on the sedative and anticonvulsant effects of Ophiopogon japonicus fried and its crude extracts. Now we report its preliminary results as follows. I. Ophiopogon used in the experimental materials was purchased from the Guangzhou City medicinal herbs company. The identification is believed to be Radix Ophiognonis, the root of the genus Stepanaceae. Prepare Ophiopogon japonicus (1:1) and use n-butanol,
