油田企业管理干部是国家机关、事业单位的中坚力量。其管理能力如何不仅决定了其所在机关、事业单位的综合管理水平,而且对于其所在的机关、事业单位的管理具有重要的影响。干部培训就是提高管理干部的管理素质和能力的重要渠道和手段,而干部培训效果也就成了关系到国家机关事业单位的发展的重要因素。在干部培训过程中,干部培训教学管理是其重要环节,而教学管理质量则是影响干部培训效果的重要因素。本文针对油田企业干部培训的教学管理工作质量的提高问题,进行了相关的分析和论证,研究了提高干部培训教学管理工作的对策,以更有效地提高干部培训的教学管理工作质量,增强干部培训教学效果。
