Daqing Oilfield Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PetroChina Company Limited. It is a state-controlled large enterprise focusing on exploration and development of oil and natural gas. It was formally incorporated on January 1, 2000. The company employs 90,436 people, the registered capital of 47.5 billion yuan, total assets of 85.5 billion yuan. The Daqing oilfield developed is the largest oilfield in our country and one of the few large sandstone fields in the world.
