目的:对标准化沟通模式(SBAR)在眼科医护之间的应用体会进行总结。方法:选取2016年3~6月采用传统沟通模式在眼科医护间沟通应用作为对照组,并选取2016年7~10月采用标准化沟通模式(SBAR)在眼科医护间沟通应用作为观察组,对两组不同沟通模式的不到位比率、所用时间、医护满意率进行统计学分析。结果:通过对两组沟通事件进行统计分析,发现采用标准化沟通模式(SBAR),医护沟通不到位比率从24.8%下降到3.6%、沟通所用时间从(12.4±3.2)缩短到(4.3±1.8)分,而医护双方满意率从82.6%提高到97.2%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在眼科医护之间应用标准化沟通模式(SBAR)可增强医护沟通方式的规范化水平,提高医护沟通效率,促进医护协作质量的提升。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the experience of standardized mode of communication (SBAR) among ophthalmology and healthcare. Methods: From March to June in 2016, we used the traditional communication mode to communicate with ophthalmology and health care as the control group. The communication between ophthalmology and health care using the standardized communication mode (SBAR) from July to October in 2016 was selected as the observation group, Group different communication mode is not in place ratio, the time spent, the satisfaction rate of medical care for statistical analysis. Results: Through the statistical analysis of two groups of communication events, we found that the standardized communication pattern (SBAR) decreased the non-availability rate of medical care communication from 24.8% to 3.6% and the time spent on communication shortened from (12.4 ± 3.2) to (4.3 ± 1.8) Points, while the satisfaction rate of both doctors and patients increased from 82.6% to 97.2%, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusions: The application of standardized communication mode (SBAR) between ophthalmology and healthcare can enhance the standardization of healthcare communication, improve the efficiency of healthcare communication and promote the quality of healthcare collaboration.
