齿轮下箱体属于中型厚壁铝合金件。在充分分析铸件结构及工艺性后,选用砂型铸造方法,采用树脂砂冷芯盒精密组芯进行造型;进行了齿轮箱下箱体的浇冒口系统设计。使用Any Casting软件对齿轮下箱体的凝固过程进行了模拟分析,确定了冒口设计的合理性,预测了铸件的收缩缺陷位置;通过添加冷铁消除了铸件缺陷,得到了一套完整合理的铸造工艺方案。
Gear box is a medium-sized thick-walled aluminum alloy parts. After fully analyzing the structure and technology of the castings, the sand casting method was adopted and the core of resin sand cold core box was used to make the model. The design of the sprue and riser system under the gear box was carried out. Any Casting software was used to simulate the solidification process of the box under the gear, the rationality of riser design was confirmed, and the location of shrinkage defect of the castings was predicted. The castings were eliminated by adding cold iron, and a complete set of reasonable Casting process program.
