采用熔融接枝法制备接枝率为2.32%的甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)接枝聚丙烯(PP)增容剂,并研究PP-g-GMA(GPP)的用量和KH550浓度对剑麻增强聚丙烯复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:在GPP添加量10%和KH550浓度2%时,复合材料的冲击性能最好,同时弯曲和拉伸性能基本没有下降;在一定程度上,纤维表面与基体之间形成的分子链越长,对提高复合材料的冲击性能越有利。
The GMA grafted polypropylene (PP) compatibilizer with the grafting ratio of 2.32% was prepared by melt grafting. The effects of PP-g-GMA (GPP) dosage and KH550 concentration on the Effect of Hemp Reinforced Polypropylene Composites on Mechanical Properties. The results showed that the impact properties of the composites were the best when the content of GPP was 10% and the concentration of KH550 was 2%. At the same time, the bending and tensile properties of the composites did not decrease. To some extent, the molecular chains formed between the fiber surface and the matrix Long, to improve the impact of composite materials the more favorable.
