城郊农村党组织建设是党的基层组织建设的重要组成部分,是党在农村全部工作和战斗力的基础。随着改革开放的深入和农村城市化的发展,城郊农村党组织建设面临许多新情况和新问题,急待我们研究解决。本文谨就此谈些粗浅的认识。 城郊农村党组织建设现状分析 改革开放以来,城郊农村的经济建设发生了很大的变化,由此而来,城郊农村党员的思想观念、生活方式也发生了深刻的变化,这就使城郊农村党建工作具有许多新的特点。这主要表现在: （一）城郊农村党组织工作的指导思想发生了重大的转变。地处城乡结合部的城郊农村,由于产业结构已从过去为城市服务的单一种养业转变为一、二、三产业综合发展,并逐步形成二、三产业为主的格局,绝大多数党员都成为各部门和各企业的骨干,因而,许多党员的思想观念也发生了新的变化,他们突破了过去满足于温饱和实行单一经营的小农意识,逐步树立起适应市场经济和城市的发展,实行多种经营、勇于开拓创新的观念。这就要求城郊农村党组织在指导思想上,要打破过去就党建抓党建的狭隘视野,确立起围绕经济建设、围绕农村城市化加强党的建设的“大党建”观念,使城郊农村基层党的建设服从服务于经济建设和城市发展。
